HOW DO I BUY CREDITS?

You can buy credits using a credit or credit card or contact us for bespoke or high volume purchases.

WHAT TYPES OF DOCUMENT CAN BE SIGNED?

The document must be a PDF.

DO YOU STORE THE DOCUMENTS?

We store the documents only for the duration of the request. That is, it is stored from the time it is sent until the signature is collected, after which it is deleted. A document that isn’t signed is deleted after seven days.

HOW DO I SEND A SIGNATURE REQUEST?

There are two ways. The simple way is to type information into a form and press a button to send a request which is perfect for low volume scenarios.

For high volumes a simple line of code can be inserted into any of your applications. A simple API connection passing signature information allows high volume and high frequency requests.

CAN IS USE SIGN4 STRAIGHTAWAY?

Yes. Create an account and you get 5 free credits.

HOW DO I SEE SIGNATURE RESULTS?

They can be emailed to a set email address or passed back through the API connection.

CAN I SEND MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS?

No. Only one document can be signed.

DO I NEED TO UPDATE MY DOCUMENT?

This is not necessary, but you may wish to put the signature box at the end of the document.

HOW SECURE IS THE PLATFORM?

Very secure. All transmissions are encrypted and servers are operated in world-class data centres.

CAN I COLLECT CSI?

Not yet, but we are hoping to release this soon.
